The Associated Factors with Physical Activities in People with COPD: Using the Data of 2013-2015 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the associated factors with physical activities in people chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods This enrolled 1,176 COPD patients aged 40 and over who had function test 2013-2015 Korean National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES VI). measured were self-reported walking strength exercise. Descriptive statistics, chi-square multiple logistic regression analysis used for statistical analyses. Results rates exercise 45.1% 26.6% among all subjects. Age, gender, education level, income status, smoking status stress perception statistically significant activities. Conclusions Physical activity non-modifiable including age, gender socio-economic modifiable perception. These findings suggest that a multi-dimensional program comprising lifestyle modification amelioration socioeconomic may be necessary increase improve health from long perspective.
